All our cream teas are packed in temperature-controlled insulated packaging with chilled gel packs. We use a next-day courier service to ensure your scones and clotted cream arrive in perfect condition.
Can I choose a specific delivery date for a gift?
Yes, you can select a preferred delivery date at the checkout. We recommend choosing a date 24 hours before a special occasion to account for any courier delays.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

Where are your products made?

What is the shelf life of the clotted cream and scones?
Our scones are baked fresh and should be consumed within 2-3 days of arrival. Clotted cream typically has a shelf life of 7-10 days when kept refrigerated.
What happens if my order is damaged during transit?
While we take great care in packaging, if your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact our customer service team within 24 hours for a full replacement or refund.
